Meet A.G. “Pete” Hinojosa

Pete has dedicated over 30 years to working with more than 100k parents and students. His journey to reconnect teens with their parents began during his time as a high school teacher. His own struggles with his father ignited a deep compassion for his students, helping them realize their worth.

Pete’s stories have touched parents of all ages, facilitating stronger connections with their children. Through his work, children have also found a way to connect with the people they love and care about.

In addition to his role as an educator, Pete has been a successful business owner since 1997. He has spoken in every major city across the United States as a featured and keynote speaker. He has consulted and developed leadership training and infrastructure for billion-dollar companies. Pete’s accolades include six nominations for Teacher of the Year, three recognitions as an outstanding educator on a national level, and being voted as the funniest, most enthusiastic, and best teacher at Kingwood High School. Recently, he was honored with the Distinguished Alumni Award from his school district in Humble, Texas.
